Start the 15 second timer
Press Start and this 15 second timer counts down from 0:15, then rings. It's built for short, repeatable bursts where you don't want to watch a clock.
Good uses for 15 seconds
Exercise. A beginner plank, a wall sit, or a quick stretch hold on each side. Fifteen seconds is also a common short rest between fast sprints or jump-rope bursts.
Games and quizzes. Answer time in a trivia round, a "guess the drawing" turn, or a lightning round in class.
Practice drills. Say as many vocabulary words as you can, type a sentence as fast as possible, or do a short speaking warm-up.
How to use it
- Pick your alarm sound first (Beep and Correct are short and clear).
- Press Space to start.
- When it rings, press R to reset, then Space again for the next round.
Doing many rounds in a row? The interval timer lets you set 15 seconds of work and any rest you want, with a round counter so you don't lose track. For a quarter-minute reference, see also the 30 second timer.
FAQ
Is there a version for 1 minute and 15 seconds?
Press Set Time on this page and enter 1 minute 15 seconds, or use the countdown timer for any custom length.
Does it work on my phone during a workout?
Yes. It works in mobile browsers and tries to keep the screen awake while running. If your phone is muted, check the volume so you hear the alarm.
